LOVE, LAUGHTER & HAPPILY EVER SCOOPS
Wedding Gelato & Ice Cream Cart Catering in Singapore.
Your wedding deserves a dessert moment that feels like you — not the same wedding cake every guest has already had.
Gelato Wholesale Collective creates bespoke gelato and ice cream experiences for weddings across Singapore, from live carts to custom flavors to sculptural popsicles designed around your day.
01 / LITTLE SCOOPS, BIG MEMORIES
What we bring to your day.
Live gelato cart
Elegant, clean, and photogenic. Set up in your ballroom, garden, rooftop, or wherever your reception happens.
A GWC wedding station is designed to feel like part of your reception, not a food-truck bolt-on. Every element is customizable, and everything is executed by our team so you can be present with your guests.
Trained staff
Our team scoops, plates, and serves. Your guests get fresh gelato throughout the reception without you thinking about it.
Custom flavors
Developed for your day. Your story, your favorites, your memories — turned into gelato and served to guests who'll remember it.
Sculptural popsicles
Under our SingaPop brand, moulded into shapes that mean something to you: your initials, a shared symbol, a favorite motif.
Islandwide setup and clean pack-out
We arrive early, execute, and leave your venue as clean as we found it.
02 / FROM YES TO I DO
PERFECT FOR
Wedding receptions & anniversary parties
A live dessert station guests actually stop at and recreate the flavour of your wedding, years later.
Wedding brunches & morning-after events
Elegant, unfussy, easy on guests.
Solemnization cocktail hours
A light, refreshing option between ceremony and dinner.
Proposals & pre-wedding shoots
A custom pop with your initials, made for the photograph.
We cater weddings from 120 guests to 2,000 guests. Typical lead time is 1 week for standard setups, longer for custom flavors or bespoke popsicle moulds.
03 / YOUR DAY. YOUR WAY
Make it
uniquely yours.
The best wedding stations don't feel generic — they feel like the couple. Here's how we make it yours:
A signature wedding flavour
Tell us about you — where you met, your first date, your favorite dessert as a kid, your honeymoon plans. We develop a flavour around your story, so every guest tastes a bit of you.
Bespoke popsicles
Under our SingaPop brand, we mould popsicles into shapes that matter — your initials, a shared symbol, or a favorite motif. Not a favor they'll throw away, one they'll photograph. [See SingaPop ↗]
Color-matched to your palette
Gelato and pops developed to match your wedding color scheme, so the dessert station looks of the wedding, not next to it.
Cart styling
We work with your planner or stylist on cart signage, florals, or backdrop so the station integrates with the overall reception design.
Custom serving format. Cones, cups, mini bowls, tasting spoons — whatever fits your table setting.
Some custom elements have their own lead time and cost — we'll be transparent about what's a small touch and what's a full production job

Irfan and Zara came to us in with a color palette and a promise to each other: their wedding station should taste like where they came from. He grew up with fond memories of eating yam potong. She grew up liking raspberry ripple and the color pink. So we developed two gelato flavors — his in soft pastel purple, hers in pastel pink — and served them side by side from the cart on the day.
The colors had to be right. Pastels are harder than they look — too pale and the gelato reads grey under warm venue lighting, too saturated and it reads artificial. We tested until the tones matched the couple's palette exactly.
The flavors had to feel like childhood, not novelty. Not a novelty flavour with pastel food coloring on top — real ingredients, dialed in until each tasted the way their memories did.
Served together, the way they were now. Two flavors, one cart, side by side.

Dave and Coco were two weeks from their wedding when their previous supplier called to say the embossed popsicles they'd been promised couldn't be done. They came to us with the brief, the palette, and a wedding date that couldn't move.
The mould, from scratch, in days. "Dave ♥ Coco" embossed clean into every pop — engineered so the lettering held its edge through freezing, not softened into a smudge.
Strawberry-thyme, developed to their palette. Real strawberries for the flavour and the soft blush pink, thyme for the herbal note that lifts strawberry from sweet-only into grown-up.
Turned around in time for the day. Mould, recipe, sampling, production — done in the window a normal project would spend just on R&D.
Served with fresh strawberries and rosemary at the reception. Photographed before they were eaten. Dave and Coco got the wedding they'd planned.

Vincenzo and Clara wanted the champagne moment at their wedding — the flutes, the toast, the photo everyone posts — without the alcohol. So we built it for them. Elderflower-rose-lychee popsicles designed to fit inside a champagne flute, topped with halal-friendly sparkling drink poured over at service.
A recipe engineered for the flute. The pop had to be slim enough to slide in, tall enough to stand proud above the rim, and stable enough not to melt into slush the moment the bubbly hit it. We reworked the formula until it held.
Elderflower, rose and lychee — their favorite flavour. Floral, delicate, and bright enough to read through the fizz. Not a novelty pop dressed up in a glass; a real flavour that made the drink better.
A whole halal-friendly bubbly bar. Served live at the reception — guests picked their flute, we topped it, and they took the toast.
Guests photographed them before they clinked. Nobody missed the alcohol.
