Are you ISO 22000 certified? Yes — GWC holds ISO 22000 food safety management certification. The international standard institutional, hospital, school and export clients ask for by name.
What's the minimum order? It depends on product and flavour count — ask us for specifics.
Do you deliver islandwide? Yes, across Singapore. Lead time for ordering is 2 working days. MOQ has to be met for free delivery otherwise, we will impose a delivery charge.
Can you make custom or OEM flavors? Yes. GWC's R&D team develops bespoke gelato, ice cream, sorbet and popsicle flavors to your brief — flavour, texture, sugar level, dietary profile, visual appearance. We work with you from first concept through sampling to consistent production. This is a core part of what we do.
